Angus Seller is a leader in sport strategy, coaching and program development, known for transforming vision into performance. With deep experience across school, club, and high-performance sport, Angus has spent more than a decade building environments where athletes, coaches, and teams thrive.

He is the founder of Heracles Project, a consulting platform that helps sports organisations make smarter, evidence-based decisions about how to invest their resources for maximum impact.

Angus is highly regarded for his ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions. As Head of Rowing at Melbourne Girls Grammar, he led one of the country’s most respected school programs — creating a culture that balanced development and excellence. Under his leadership, both staff and athletes progressed to state, national, and international representation. He has also coached at the representative level, bringing clarity, energy, and high standards to every team he leads.

In his current role as Rowing High Performance Consultant at the Inspire Institute of Sport in India, Angus supports long-term strategic planning and athlete development within a rapidly evolving performance system.

He is also completing a Master of Business (Research) at Deakin University, where his thesis investigates how strategic resource allocation influences performance in sport — aiming to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world impact.
